Facilities Manager

Role Summary

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing and taking responsibility for various properties, societies, assets, and infrastructure under their purview. Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Executive

Role Summary

The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for managing leads, following up with potential buyers, and assisting in scheduling site visits for residential and commercial projects. This role plays a vital part in bridging the gap between initial customer interest and an on-site sales meeting.

Role Summary

The Execution Engineer – Civil & Interior will be responsible for the execution, supervision, and quality control of construction and finishing activities at the site. Sr. Executive - Accounts

Role Summary

Sr. Engineer - Planning & Monitoring

Role Summary

This role is responsible for defining, organizing, and coordinating all planning activities required to successfully deliver a project.

Key Responsibilities

Project Scheduling
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project / Primavera.
- Define timelines for all activities including civil, MEP, finishing, and development/infra works
Resource Planning

Design Coordinator

Role Summary

This role is responsible for coordinating all types of designs such as Architectural, Structural, MEP, Interior, etc., ensuring that design activities are initiated and completed on time and as per project requirements. The role includes conducting design reviews, documenting revisions/approvals/issues, and collaborating with external design partners and internal cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop workflows and SOPs for design finalisation and ensure adherence.
Ensure all design activities are initiated and completed by respective designers based on project needs.
