Manager - Sales & Marketing

Job Brief

To be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.

Key Responsibilities

-Sales

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
  3. Conduct market research and analyse competitor activity to stay ahead of the market.
  4. Support sales teams in lead generation and follow ups.

-Marketing

  1. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our projects and brand.
  2. Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources.
  3. Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and website content.

-Team Management

  1. Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities.
  2. Set performance goals and objectives for team members and monitor progress.

-Customer Engagement

  1. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, including property agents, brokers, and individual buyers.
  2. Ensure excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

-Market Intelligence

  1. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
  2. Analyze market data and provide insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.

-Reporting and Analysis

  1. Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management, including sales performance, market analysis and customer feedback.
  2. Analyse sales and marketing data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.

Requirements

Education

  • Master’s degree in any field preferable.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate.
  • Mandatory 6 years in real estate.

Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of numbers in real estate market.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Jr. Civil Engineer

Job Brief

Jr. Civil Engineer will be responsible for execution of project from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Site supervision of Excavation, RCC, and all other finishing work.
    Daily coordination with contractors for work front.
  2. QA & QC monitoring, testing and Material knowledge related to work.
  3. Site safety and EHS experience.
  4. Site reports, documentation and work planning.
  5. Infra of weekend villa (underground network, compound walls, roads etc).

Requirements

Education

  • B.E /Diploma (Civil).

Experience

  • Minimum 4-5 years in the same field.

Skills

  • Horizontal development, weekend villas, plotting.
  • Premium/luxury development with finishing.
  • Experience of project from excavation to finishing stage necessary.
  • Should have work experience exposed RCC pretensioned work.
  • Computer Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS office is must.

Sr. Civil Engineer

Job Brief

Sr. Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering
projects from conception to completion.
