Job Brief

Sr. Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering
projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Site supervision of Excavation, RCC, and all other finishing work.
    Daily coordination with contractors for work front.
  2. QA & QC monitoring, testing and Material knowledge related to work.
  3. Site safety and EHS experience.
  4. Site reports, documentation and work planning, MIS reports.
  5. Understanding of latest technology with respect to kitchen garden, organic farm,

Horticulture Supervisor

Job Brief

Horticulture Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a garden, nursery or other horticultural facility.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan and supervise the annual, seasonal and daily work of gardeners at various sites.
  2. Close co-ordination with supervisor/manager of each respective site.
  3. Routine inspection of soft landscape of all sites for effective maintenance.
  4. Supervise procurement of plants, soil, pesticides, fertilisers, etc. as need may be for
    all sites.
  5. Prepare monthly MIS capturing main data points like monthly budget vs actual
    spend, site updates, etc.
  6. Train and monitor gardeners on site.
