Job Brief

Key Responsibilities
-Sales
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
- Conduct market research and analyse competitor activity to stay ahead of the market.
- Support sales teams in lead generation and follow ups.
-Marketing
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our projects and brand.

Education

- Site safety and EHS experience.
- Site reports, documentation and work planning.
- Infra of weekend villa (underground network, compound walls, roads etc).
Requirements
Education
- B.E /Diploma (Civil).
Experience
- Minimum 4-5 years in the same field.
Skills
- Horizontal development, weekend villas, plotting.
- Premium/luxury development with finishing.
- Experience of project from excavation to finishing stage necessary.
- Should have work experience exposed RCC pretensioned work.
