Sr. Executive-Sales & Marketing

Job Brief

Sr. Accountant will be responsible for leading accounting operations, preparing financial statements and providing expert guidance on accounting principles and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

-Sales

  1. Support sales teams in lead generation and follow ups.
  2. Client presentations & pitch, including sales closing and customer onboarding.
  3. Regular updation of CRM, various sales records and documentation.
  4. Making sales MIS and management review presentations.
  5. Research market trends and competitor analysis.
  6. Expand customer base through calling and referrals.
  7. Build, manage and grow relationships with channel partners.

-Marketing

  1. Assist in campaign planning and execution.
  2. Assist in Co-ordination with various agencies for SMM and other content.
  3. Update marketing materials (brochures, website content).
  4. Coordinate events, exhibitions and open houses.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5-6 years in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate.
  • Mandatory 3 years in real estate.

Skills

  • Excellent communication (English & Hindi/Gujarati), negotiation skills.

Job Brief

Sr. Accountant

Sr. Accountant will be responsible for leading accounting operations, preparing financial statements and providing expert guidance on accounting principles and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing day-to-day book-keeping including lodgments, making credit/debit payments, petty cash handling.
  • Performing monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts.
  • Prepare working for payment of advance income tax, making payment of advance tax, preparation of details for filing income tax return.
  • Preparing Annual Accounts up to finalization, which is required for audit/ Income tax return filing purpose.
  • To make monthly TDS Payment and also prepare & file quarterly TDS returns.
  • Prepare details for making monthly GST payment and filing GST return.
  • Prepare property rent and maintenance report/debit note on monthly
  • basis.
  • Prepare daily MIS / financial report.

Requirements

Experience

  • 7-9 years of experience in same field and from real estate industry only.

Education

  • MCom

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of RERA.
  • Basic knowledge of WIP calculation (Real Estates Projects)
  • Proficiency with computers, especially Tally 9 ERP and MS Office, as well as software related to relevant Tax Compliance. (TDS/Income tax filing and GST).
  • Reasonable and working level understanding of accounting, banking, finance and taxation principles.

The Planning Manager will lead the planning and coordination of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards. This role requires expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Sr. Executive Accounts

Job Brief



Sr. Executive Accounts will be responsible for managing and executing day to day accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing day-to-day book-keeping and entries, making payments, petty cash handling and other day to day routine work related to banking and accounting.
  • Performing monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts.
  • Performing Journal Voucher (i.e. Depreciation, Interest, Provision of Prepaid & Post-Paid expenses etc.) for Annual Accounts Finalization.
  • Preparing daily financial reports.
  • Making monthly TDS Payment and Preparing quarterly TDS return.
  • Prepare working of GST return and GST Payment.
  • Prepare Property Rent and maintenance report/Debit note on monthly basis.

Requirements

  • Male candidate shall be preferred

Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in same field and from real estate industry only.

Education

  • M.Com
