Sr. Manager/Admin Head (Facility Management Services)

To manage and take responsibility of various properties/societies, assets and infrastructure under his purview. Prepare SOP’s to maintain, guide and manage societies to give a hassle-free experience to both the developer and the members of the property/society.

Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for seamlessly managing multiple properties/societies.
  • Entire staff management for all properties/societies assigned to him including recruiting, training, managing and replacing.
  • Ensuring that all SOP’s created are followed with timely reporting to management
  • Handling all compliances related to all properties/societies.
  • Handling all enquiries & grievances of the Developer, Site staff & Clients/Residents
  • Should be ready to be available 24x7 in case of any urgent matters
  • Prepare and present monthly MIS reports
  • Budgeting and tracking monthly/annual expenses and collection.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Minimum education: Graduated; with at least 5 years of experience in same field.
  • Ex-Army officer preferred.

Personal Assistant to MD

  • Managing the MD’s calendar, assessing priority of appointments and reallocation as necessary.
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings and events.
  • Preparation of detailed travel schedules and itineraries (including visas, accommodation, tickets, etc.)
  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the MD to ensure smooth management of day to day affairs and most effective use of time.
  • Chasing input and feedback for all open actionable points.
  • Organise meetings and ensure all materials are printed in time for those meetings those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers are ready
  • Management of MD’s visitors.
  • Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the MD.

EXPERIENCE

  • Education in English medium compulsory.
  • 8-10 years’ experience as PA to MD, CXO, VP or equivalent senior position is compulsory
  • Experience working with a corporate/MNC is compulsory.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – written and spoken
