Manager - Marketing

Job Brief

The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s real estate properties, generate leads, and drive sales. Key role will involve coordinating with external advertising and brand management agencies and organizing events. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop Brand Strategy: Create and implement a brand strategy that reflects the company’s values and goals.
• Brand Management: Ensure that all 360-degree media marketing and campaigns are consistent with the company’s brand and messaging.
• Create Marketing Materials: Oversee the creation of brochures, advertisements, social media posts, and videos that promote our properties.
• Manage Events: Plan and coordinate marketing events, such as property launches and client events, to increase brand awareness.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Advertising: Work with designers and agencies to create engaging ad campaigns for both online and offline media.
• Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with property sales goals.

Requirements / Skills:

• Proficiency with MS Office applications - Excel & Power point presentations & strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines & Experience with CRM platforms and marketing software.
• Prefer candidate from Ahmedabad.

Junior Civil Engineer / Junior Civil Site Supervisor

Profile

• Site supervision of Excavation, RCC, Machinery, and all other finishing work.
• Billing checking, measurement of work, Quantity calculation, etc
• QA & QC monitoring.
• Site safety experience.
• Site reports, documentation and work planning, MIS reports

Experience

• Diploma –Minimum 2-4 years
• Should have work experience of luxury / high rise development
• Excavation to finishing experience necessary
• Computer Knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, MS office is must
• Candidates based in and near Ahmedabad will be given preference
• Candidate should be from Ahmedabad only.
