Sr. Engineer – MEP
Role Summary:
The Sr. Engineer – MEP will oversee planning, execution, and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, firefighting and plumbing works for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise MEP execution at site as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors for MEP services.
- Review MEP shop drawings, layouts, and technical submissions.

Sr. Engineer - Planning & Monitoring
Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- Project Scheduling
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project / Primavera.
- Define timelines for all activities including civil, MEP, finishing, and development/infra works
- Resource Planning
- Estimate and allocate manpower, machinery, and materials in line with project targets and progress
- Monitoring & Tracking
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against the baseline schedule
- Identify delays, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions

Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop workflows and SOPs for design finalisation and ensure adherence.
- Ensure all design activities are initiated and completed by respective designers based on project needs.
- Collaborate with architectural, structural, MEP consultants, and other design agencies to ensure seamless design integration.
- Conduct detailed reviews of designs/drawings to identify issues or discrepancies and maintain records.
- Ensure management inputs are consistently incorporated into all designs.
- Conduct regular meetings and effectively communicate with management and stakeholders to integrate their inputs into final designs.
