GM – Project Execution

Role Summary

The GM – Project Execution will be responsible for the seamless execution of multiple projects from conceptualization to handover. This role requires a hands-on approach and deep engagement with project teams, consultants, and other stakeholders at every stage of the project’s lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage an engineering team including Project Managers, Sr. Engineers, and Supervisors; play a key role in identifying and hiring new talent.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee end-to-end execution of multiple residential high-rise and weekend villa projects; conduct daily site visits to monitor progress and resolve execution challenges.
  • Procurement & Tendering: Assist in contractor identification, pre-qualification, and finalization.
  • Reporting & Governance: Lead monthly and quarterly review meetings with senior management; act as the primary escalation point for project-related issues.
  • Design Coordination: Own the process of design and drawing coordination between architects, structural, MEPF, and interior consultants; ensure accurate documentation of revisions.
  • Handover Management: Oversee project completion including snag-list closure, statutory documentation, and customer possession timelines.
  • Value Engineering: Drive cost and time optimization through practical solutions at the design and site stages.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure contractor compliance with quality standards, HSE norms, labor laws, and contractual obligations.
  • Cost Control: Implement effective cost control measures and ensure accuracy in project cash flow forecasts.

Candidate Profile:

Education

  • B.E. / Post Graduate in Civil Engineering / Construction Management from a recognized institution.

Experience

  • 20+ years in real estate development, specifically in high-rise premium residential developments (G+20 & above is a plus).
  • Proven track record of managing at least 5 high-end projects (4+ Lacs SQFT each) from conceptualization to handover.
  • Multi-project Management: Minimum 8 years of experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaboration: Extensive experience working with Tier-1 architects, consultants, and contractors.

Skills

  • Leadership & Strategy: Good analytical, strategic, and teamwork abilities; ability to set processes and systems.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to read/interpret all construction drawings; knowledge of materials and finishing methodologies.

Role Summary:

This role is responsible for defining, organizing, and coordinating all planning activities required to successfully deliver a project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Scheduling
    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project / Primavera.
    • Define timelines for all activities including civil, MEP, finishing, and development/infra works
  • Resource Planning
    • Estimate and allocate manpower, machinery, and materials in line with project targets and progress
  • Monitoring & Tracking
    • Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against the baseline schedule
    • Identify delays, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions
    • Prepare and/or review periodical MIS for different project sites
  • Progress Reporting
    • Prepare and submit:
      DPR (Daily Progress Report)
      WPR (Weekly Progress Report)
      MPR (Monthly Progress Report)
  • Coordination
    • Coordinate with Project Team, Design Team, and other departments to ensure work completion as per plan
    • Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders for design development
    • Conduct and record design review meetings
  • Quantity Estimation & Techno-Commercial
    • Prepare and verify quantity take-offs from drawings for planning and procurement
    • Handle techno-commercial tasks including:
      Finalizing budgets
      Coordinating with vendors
      Obtaining quotations
      Preparing work orders
    • Play a key role in the tendering process up to contractor/agency onboarding
  • Site Visits
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure appropriate reporting

Candidate Profile:

Education

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in project planning
  • Preference for experience in high-rise / high-end villa construction

Role Summary:

The Sr. Engineer – MEP will oversee planning, execution, and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, firefighting and plumbing works for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise MEP execution at site as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors for MEP services.
  • Review MEP shop drawings, layouts, and technical submissions.
  • Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of MEP works.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of MEP systems.

Role Summary:

The Sr. Engineer – Civil will manage and supervise civil construction activities, ensuring quality execution and adherence to timelines for real estate development projects.

  • Supervise civil works including RCC, finishing, and external works.
  • Ensure construction as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and consultants.

Role Summary

The Executive – Communications & Marketing will be a communication-first marketing professional responsible for thinking, ideating, creating, writing, coordinating, and executing strategies. This role works across brand, internal content communication, and online/offline marketing, while maintaining responsibility for on-ground management during campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication & Strategy: Translate business and project ideas into clear, compelling communication.

The Store Keeper will be responsible for effective management of construction materials and inventory at site, ensuring proper receipt, storage, issuance, and record-keeping in line with project requirements for real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming construction materials at site.
  • Maintain accurate stock records, inward/outward registers, and inventory reports.
  • Issue materials to site teams and contractors as per approved requisitions.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of materials to avoid damage or loss.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform management about re-order requirements.

Role Summary:

The Sr. Executive – HR will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, employee records management, and basic compliance activities for both corporate and site employees. The role will work under the HR Manager and assist in routine HR functions to ensure smooth employee support and documentation management.

Role Summary

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of site activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and safety norms. The role involves close coordination with contractors, laborers, vendors, and project engineers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Supervision & Execution: Supervise all on-site construction activities (civil, finishing, plumbing, electrical); ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications; allocate tasks to laborers for optimum manpower utilization.
  • Quality & Safety: Inspect materials and workmanship for compliance; report defects or non-compliance; implement safety protocols and ensure strict PPE usage and conduct toolbox talks.
  • Material & Resource Management: Track consumption and maintain records of material receipts; raise requests for procurement; prevent wastage and ensure proper storage.
